Competitive analyses showed that leading destination marketing websites with intuitive user journeys and clear navigation outperformed others in visitor engagement and conversion. And a UX study revealed that while the website’s content was strong, the user journey to find that valuable content could be improved. Beyond the website, the app, while engaging for watching launch content, lacked branding, making it a less valuable tool for the destination to utilize for engaging visitors and driving them to the Space Coast. Recognizing this gap, our team saw an opportunity to realign the Space Coast’s digital resources with their overarching brand identity, making sure that all consumer touchpoints are reflective of the brand. As Florida’s premier rocket launch destination, the Space Coast needed a digital ecosystem as dynamic as the region itself.

This project played a pivotal role in shaping a seamless and engaging digital experience across the redesigned website and mobile app. The website’s new user journey is strategically streamlined, making it easy for visitors to find key launch information, travel tips, and immersive experiences. The addition of a built-in itinerary feature allows users to plan their trip from start to finish with map functionalities and activity suggestions based on user preferences.
