WE’LL TAKE

THE HIT

Celebrating250

War.

Depression.

Division.

Recession.

Pandemics.

Terrorism.

Social upheaval.

Economic uncertainty.

And (for lack of a better phrase) loving every minute of it.

The history of America has always fascinated me.
Not because we’ve always gotten it right but because we almost never have.

We fight.
We fail.
We disagree.
We overcorrect.
We make mistakes (sometimes really big ones).

And then…
We get back up.

Again.

And again.
And again.
And again.
And again.

And, again.

We wanted to express that in a film.
Celebrate250 is about the infinite game.

America has never been built by people waiting for everything to be perfect.
The parallel? Neither has great advertising.

You make something.
You get punched.

You make something better.
You get punched even harder.

And again.
And again.

And, again.

Sound familiar?
It should.

That’s America.
And maybe… that’s what it means to be creative too.

It’s what happens when the lack of resources meet enormous ambition.

A small little agency in Central Florida with a task.
A even smaller team with a ridiculous amount of curiosity and a belief that the gap between a great idea and great execution has never been easier to cross. That’s the real revolution AI has quietly introduced.

It hasn’t replaced creativity.
It’s removed excuses.

The phrases,
“We don’t have the budget.”
“We don’t have the crew.”
“We don’t have enough people.”
Have all been replaced with a few sugar free Red Bulls and an all-nighter.

The greatest thing AI has given creative people isn’t speed.
It’s permission.

Permission to attempt things that used to be impossible.
Permission to make something before asking for permission to make it.
That’s what this film represents to me.

Not just America’s story.
Our industry’s story.
The democratization of impossible.

Every generation has its frontier.

For America, it was the West.
Then the moon.
Then space.

For creatives…
I think ours is imagination.
Not whether AI can create.
Whether we can imagine something worth creating.

I hope you find your own story in our film.
And if you can’t find it at first, try again.

And again.
And again.

And, again.
