Aaron Payne is a walking contradiction, and he’s fully aware of it. Quiet but sharp, sarcastic yet sincere, smart and silly. He’s the kind of creative who thrives in the grey areas. He puts things plainly while always finding a unique perspective. As a Junior Copywriter at &Barr, Aaron splits his time between concepting, copywriting, and quality assurance. Making sure every line is doing what it’s supposed to do, and maybe a little more.

He landed in advertising after a career as a veterinary technician simply because he gets bored easily… Which definitely tracks. Luckily for him, no two assignments are the same, and it’s in that constant chaos where he does his best work. Today, he brings his curious, can-do attitude to accounts like Rosen Hotels & Resorts and the Space Coast Office of Tourism. Outside of work, Aaron is usually deep into a game of Magic: The Gathering, chipping away at an ever-growing reading list, or catching a movie. Favorite film? Alien. Naturally.
