Lilly has always felt at home near the water.

Growing up in Fort Lauderdale with Puerto Rican roots, beaches, boats, and long days in the sun were just part of life. Water was where the stories happened: swimming, boating, tanning (or playing mermaids). That instinct for movement carries into her work. Lilly knows how to navigate the shifting currents of public relations. She knows when to stir attention, when to let interest build, and when to guide the story where it needs to go.

Before joining &Barr, Lilly helped drive a 196% year-over-year increase in media placements for Oasis Marinas, a leading waterfront hospitality brand (of course). She also led communications for restaurant and bar launches in Baltimore. At &Barr, she brings a steady drive to clients like Bottleneck Management, Central Florida Public Media, Massey Services, and the YMCA (yes, the one with the pools). Her approach is simple: clear strategy, thoughtful execution, and stories that move people.

Outside the office or near the water, you’ll likely find Lilly reading. With 40+ books read in 2025 alone, plus yoga and puzzles to keep her mind sharp, she’s always learning something new.
