SVP, Account Service & Strategy

Kim Blaylock serves as Senior Vice President of Account Service & Strategy at &Barr, where she leads the agency’s account services team and plays a key role in driving client and agency growth. She is responsible for elevating the standard of client partnership across the agency, guiding teams to deliver strategic, integrated marketing that produces measurable business results.

Since joining &Barr, Kim has built and continues to lead a high-performing account service organization, partnering closely with clients to lead research and insight development,  identify opportunities and shape strategy. Her leadership spans a diverse portfolio of accounts including Rosen Hotels & Resorts, Space Coast Office of Tourism, IAAPA, Space Coast Credit Union, Massey Services and Florida Virtual School.

Known for her ability to connect business objectives to smart, actionable marketing strategies, Kim works at both a strategic and operational level, supporting senior client relationships while mentoring and developing the next generation of account leaders.

Kim has served as a longtime board member for Seniors First and is a part of Leadership Orlando, Class 110.
