Bridget Higgins approaches her role as HR Manager the same way she approaches coaching volleyball: with strategy, encouragement, and a commitment to bringing out the best in every player on the court or, in this case, every team member at &Barr. She leads recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, all with a coach’s mindset: clear communication, consistent support, and a focus on growth.

With a strong background in payroll, compliance, and employee relations, Bridget has built her career across corporate and creative environments. But it’s her experience with people-first collaboration coaching athletes with the Cape Coast Volleyball Club and Titusville High that gives her a competitive advantage.

Drawn to &Barr by its vibrant culture and the passion of its people, Bridget saw a team already playing with heart and knew she wanted in. Now she helps strengthen that culture every day, making sure the agency remains a place where people feel empowered to show up, speak up, and level up.
