Whether on the soccer field, a pickleball court, or in the fast-paced world of client services, he thrives on movement, strategy, and the perfect balance between discipline and creativity. As an Account Executive at &Barr, Carlos takes the same approach to managing accounts—anticipating challenges, resolving them before they arise, and keeping every project moving toward success. 

Before joining our team, Carlos spent 11 years with The Walt Disney Company, where he navigated multiple roles across entertainment, parks, and resorts. From managing internal communications to supporting talent acquisition marketing, Carlos has worked with some of the most recognizable brands in the world—Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Paris, Shanghai Disneyland Resort, and more. Through it all, he mastered the art of connection, storytelling, and brand elevation, skills he now brings to &Barr’s roster of clients. 

When he’s not crafting strategies and strengthening client relationships, Carlos is always on the move—whether it’s a morning workout, a weekend on the tennis court, or chasing the best new restaurant in town. A health and wellness enthusiast, music festival explorer, and coffee connoisseur, he believes that life, like great marketing, is all about energy, experience, and making every moment count.
