Belle Kinney Winick’s story starts in the UCF Arboretum, pulling weeds in the pollinator garden. Glamorous? Hardly. Meaningful? Absolutely. It was there, among the people and quiet purpose, that something clicked. That same instinct for curiosity and connection still shapes the way she works at &Barr.

Outside of work, she’s well, literally outside. Belle spends time birdwatching and painting her avian friends onto handmade ceramic mugs and sculptures — she finds them beautiful and worth slowing down for.

At &Barr, that same attentiveness shapes her work on the Account Service team, where she helps support clients like Space Coast Office of Tourism, Florida Virtual School, and Rosen Hotels & Resorts. Drawing on experience in nonprofit communications, tourism, and marketing, she brings a keen eye for the details others might miss. And, as it turns out, account work and birdwatching have more in common than you’d think.
