At &Barr, Chelsea makes the numbers feel human. As Analytics Supervisor, she translates campaign performance into clear, honest insights that help clients and teams move forward with confidence. With a master’s degree in data science and experience across higher education and startups, she brings both analytical rigor and a natural warmth that makes even the most complex conversations feel approachable.

Outside of work, Chelsea is a stepmom to two girls and is the proud owner of a pig named Georgie. It’s a life that’s full, loud, and wonderfully chaotic, and she loves every bit of it.
