Meet Laura, &Barr’s Director of First Impressions and Chief of Cheer. Long before she welcomed guests at our front door, Laura already had a connection to &Barr through her son, a former &Barrian. So, in a way, her story with the agency started the way many good ones do: with family.

While she may be new to 600 East Washington Street, Laura is no stranger to taking care of a family. She spent 30 years in the insurance industry, including 20 years owning and operating her own agency, where listening closely, remembering the details and making people feel at ease were all part of the job. Lucky for us, they still are.

A true Florida girl at heart, Laura loves the Miami Dolphins, Disney and a little dancing, and hopes to become a better boater someday soon. Until then, she’s happy to keep steering the good vibes here at &Barr.
